01Am I eligible for Onroadz Guwahati Service?

To rent a car from Onroadz Guwahati, you must be at least 23 years old and possess a valid driving license that is at least one year old. It is mandatory to present your original Driving License along with any one of the following identity proofs: Voter ID, Aadhar Card, or Passport. For residents of the North East, an Employment ID or Business Certificate is also mandatory.

02How is Rental period calculated?

Rental period is calculated on a 24-hour basis. For example, if the booking starts from 08 AM today and ends at 08 AM on the next day then it shall be considered as 1 day rental period.

03Are there any restrictions where I can't take the Car?

All of our cars are equipped with an All North East Tourist Permit, so you are free to drive anywhere in the North East. However, we do not permit taking low vehicles to Nagaland, Manipur & Mizoram due to road conditions.

04Can I get Airport/Railway Station Pickup?

Yes. ₹500 for Guwahati Airport, ₹200 for Guwahati Railway Station, and ₹300 for Kamakhya Railway Station is chargeable one way.

05Can I get car at Shillong Airport?

Yes, ₹2000 (excluding fuel & toll) is chargeable one way for Shillong Airport delivery.

06Is the fuel included in the rental price?

No, fuel is not included. You are required to return the car with the same amount of fuel that it had when you picked it up. Otherwise, extra charges will be incurred.

07What happens if I return the car late?

We understand plan changes, but if it affects the next customer’s booking, late returns may not be allowed. Please check our Terms & Conditions for late return fees.

08How about Fastags?

Fastags are installed in every car. You can recharge via UPI or request us to recharge it on your behalf.

09What to do in case of breakdown?

Please call us immediately. We will arrange roadside assistance and provide a replacement vehicle if required.

10What about the car conditions?

We always provide cars in mint condition with up-to-date servicing. Sometimes, due to back-to-back bookings, exteriors may not be washed, though interiors are cleaned and sanitized. Minimal refunds may be offered in rare cases.

11What to do in case of accident?

Please call us immediately. We will guide you through insurance and roadside assistance. Do not leave the scene unless unavoidable.

12How much am I liable to pay in case of damage or accident?

Liability is limited to ₹50,000 as estimated by a reputed dealership. However, in case of irresponsible driving, full damage costs may apply.

13Can I take your car to Bhutan, Nepal etc?

Only Bhutan is allowed. A notarized agreement is required, and we will provide original car documents to present at checkpoints.
