Terms & Conditions

1. Acknowledgment of Agreement: The Renter fully agrees to these Terms and acknowledges receiving a copy of this Agreement.
2. Vehicle Condition: The Renter confirms receipt of the Vehicle (with accessories) in proper and safe condition at pickup.
3. Return of Vehicle: The Renter shall return the Vehicle on the agreed date/time and location. Delays are chargeable per hour as per the Vehicle class.
4. Fuel Policy: The Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. Otherwise, refueling will be charged at prevailing local rates.
5. Extension of Rental Period: Inform at least 3 hours prior to scheduled return; additional charges apply as per rental terms.
6. Vehicle Operation & Liability: The Renter operates with due care and is liable for damages not covered by insurance.
7. Responsibility for Theft: Owner isn’t responsible for theft claims; renter must take reasonable precautions.
8. Tire & Clutch Damage: Punctures, bursts, and clutch burn due to mishandling are chargeable to the renter.
9. Accidents & Reporting: Inform police and Owner immediately; remain until formalities complete.
10. Speed Limit & Penalties: Max speed 100 km/h. First overspeeding penalty ₹1,000.
11. Damage & Repair Liability: If repair < ₹50,000 — renter pays full; if ≥ ₹50,000 — insurance balance claim, daily rental applies till repair.
