RIPP Terms & Conditions

Rental Insurance Protection Plan · Onroadz Guwahati

Important: RIPP is an optional contractual damage-liability protection plan under the rental agreement. It is not presented as a standalone insurance policy. The final signed rental agreement remains controlling.

Eligible accidental body damage

RIPP applies only to eligible accidental body damage within the scope and damage-liability limitation stated in the applicable Onroadz Guwahati rental/RIPP terms.

Reporting and cooperation

  • Notify Onroadz Guwahati immediately after an accident, collision or damage event.
  • No unauthorized repair or repair commitment before Onroadz Guwahati approval.
  • Cooperate with required photographs, statements, claim documents and police/FIR requirements where applicable.

Exclusions / invalidating circumstances

  • Driving under the influence.
  • Rash, reckless, racing or deliberately abusive driving.
  • Unauthorized driver.
  • Off-roading or prohibited use unless specifically permitted.
  • Tyres/rims, clutch/mechanical abuse and interior damage where excluded by the applicable RIPP terms.
  • Failure to cooperate with claim documentation.
  • Vehicle key/document loss where excluded.

Theft / total loss

Theft and total-loss rules follow the specific RIPP/rental terms and any police/insurer documentation requirements. This screen does not add benefits beyond the written policy.
