General Requirements & Usage

1. Eligibility: Minimum age 23 with a valid driving license. Minors must rent via a parent/guardian.
2. North East Residents: Employment ID or Business Documents are strictly required.
3. Required Documents:
   • Valid driving license issued by the Government of India.
   • Original DL and Voter/Aadhaar/Passport must be submitted upon delivery.
   • Booking may be voided if identity is not verified.
4. Rental Duration: Rental is counted in 24-hour cycles. Extra hour is calculated as daily rent divided by 12. Over 3 extra hours equals a full day charge.
5. Extensions: Extension is allowed only if the vehicle is available. Customers must contact us ahead of time.
6. Fuel Policy: Return with the same fuel level. Shortfall will be charged; no refund is provided for excess fuel.
7. Tolls & FASTag: Customer must recharge FASTag for tolls. No refund is provided on excess recharge.
8. Cleanliness: Clean interiors are included. A penalty of ₹500 applies for tobacco spit, damage, or leftover trash.

Payments & Deposit Policy

Full payment must be made at trip start via UPI, netbanking, or card. Reservation is unconfirmed until payment succeeds.

Limits, Mileage & Delivery Charges

Kilometer Limit: There is a 300 km/day allowance. Extra charges apply as per the table below.

Pickup & Drop Options

1. Office pickup/drop is free. Other locations incur charges.
2. Delays due to traffic or weather are not covered.

Insurance & Accidental Liability

24/7 breakdown assistance is provided, but excludes damage from negligence such as clutch misuse, puncture, glass damage, and similar avoidable issues.

Liability Without Protection Plan

• Hatchbacks: ₹50,000
• SUVs: ₹60,000

Rental Insurance Protection Plan (RIPP)

• Liability capped at ₹30,000 for hatchbacks and ₹50,000 for SUVs, as assessed by the dealer.
• In total loss events, customer bears EMI + 10% until claim is processed. Without RIPP, EMI + 20% applies.

Penalties & Cancellations

Fines & Penalties

• Overspeeding: Speeds above 110 km/h will attract a ₹1,000 fine.
• Intoxication: Returning the car drunk results in full damage liability.
• Alcohol Consumption: Drinking inside the vehicle incurs a ₹1,000 penalty.
• Traffic Challans: All challans received during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

The token amount is non-refundable if the customer decides to cancel the booking.
